Lagos Labour Party candidate gives succour to victims of the burnt market (video)


The 2023 governorship candidate of Labour Party in Lagos, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, has visited the victims of the burnt market and promised intervention.
Recall that after multiple gun shots to repeal them in the midnight of Tuesday, thugs suspected to be government agents set shops ablaze at kirikiri road, Ajegunle. One person was shot dead. Those mostly affected are Igbo traders.
Rhodes-Vivour is son of Igbo mother and a Yoruba father.
During his visit to the market he gave undisclosed amount of money to the affected traders, told them to be calm as he would rebuild the market as soon as he was voted the governor on March 18.
The Independent National Electoral Commission has, yesterday night, announced it has postponed the Governorship and the State Assembly elections till March 18.
