Ameke/Amagu crisis: Nwanjoku, other kings fix July to end the war

Under the auspices of Oduma Peace Ambassadors, high profile persons of Oduma extraction are returning home on July 12, 2020 to finally bring to end the age long conflict between Ameke and Amagu.

The secretary of the forum, comrade Stephen Ekpete, nephew to Igwe Onyioha Nwanjoku, released the statement to ‘aluta~express’ yesterday, saying that every effort has been completed to finally resolve the communal crisis which has been rocking Oduma for over 80 years.

Aninri’s greatest king, His Royal Majesty Onyioha Nwanjoku alongside his cabinet, will be at the center of the peace accord. His Royal Highness Igwe David Ohabuikem of Amagu autonomous community will be present, too, alongside his own colourful cabinet.

As Ameke autonomous community is yet to install her king, the forum has invited a whole avalanche of well meaning sons and daughters of the community, leaders of thoughts at home and in diaspora.

Solomon Otiugo, a successful Lagos-based businessman and chairman of Ameke Town Union in Lagos; Potas and other Ameke men and women of affluence are coming home on July.

Dollarman, Oke Ite, Jeo Merit, Hon. Okezie Nwanjoku, Igwe Murphy, Agha Ego, Capital Oil and host of others are all returning home.

There is no time in modern history of Oduma when effort of this magnitude is made to tackle this common challenge.

And the Forum’s coordinator, a Malaysian-based pastor, Jim Abba might be returning, too. The forum appears to stops at nothing to restore peace, even as its employing the effort of diverse security agencies to keep order at the venue, St. Antony’s Catholic, Oduma.
