The radical zonal Youths leader of APC in Enugu West, prince Okugo Nwanjoku will be distributing relief materials, part of the N2.5 million donation members of Enugu State chapter of APC made.
Recall that residents of Enugu metropolis, last week, booed governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi who is, apparently, playing with the raging war against coronavirus in the state. Unlike other states where governors and stakeholders are busy with supplying palliatives and creating substantial awareness of the deadly pandemic, our own governor stay put in the Lion Building, issuing arbitrary orders like pulling down shops and buldings, and selling the popular Akwata market.
Its through the benevolence of well meaning citizens of Enugu that the helpless residents, who have been indoor for 14 days due to lockdown, are taking relief.
In its own response to the plights of the people and, consequently, to the maladministration of Gov. Ugwuanyi, Enugu State chapter of All Progressives Congress has launched a massive humanitarian rescue.
Already, relief materials worth N2.5 million are being distributed in all the Local Government Areas of Enugu State.
While receiving for Ndi Oduma, prince Nwanjoku said there will be no discrimination in sharing the materials.
“Its clear that APC has taken Aninri, Oduma. Kpokirikpo (Aninri LG Chairman) has failed Ndi Oduma and we have bunch of weaklings as councilors.
“They’ve all failed us. I saw the grievances of our people in the last February Council elections. Oduma is now APC zone.
“Therefore, these relief materials are for Ndi Oduma as a people.
