2023: I DON’T PLAY POLITICS OF DO-OR-DIE – EKWEREMADU

Senator Ike Ekweremadu, Friday, bore his mind on a number of pressing issues in Enugu politics, describing as petty the present squabble about zoning 2023 governorship seat to Enugu East.

The Senator said this in an event organized to mark his wife’s 55th birthday in Enugu.

Recall that A Luta authoritatively reported that the senator is yet to declare to enlist in the 2023 Enugu gubernatorial race. It is the mere speculation that he may contest that has been causing uproar in the media space for months.

Social media mad dogs, funded by the State government, have been slinging number of invectives in clearly open smear campaigns against Senator Ekweremadu.

They want the Senator to retire from active politics, and they believe in forcing him to do so in order to pave way Gov. Ugwuanyi to impose a successor in 2023.

But Sen Ekweremadu seems not to be interested, speaking emphatically that he would not be a part to the politics of do-or-die.
